San Lorenzo: Empowering the Next Generation of Professionals
San Lorenzo is home to a rising generation of tourism and hospitality students. When we noticed a gap between their training and real-world job opportunities, we stepped in with capacitation workshops and hands-on industry support. By connecting students with experts in hotel management and tourism, we’ve helped shift their career paths from waiting tables to managing events and leading with confidence. It’s about dignity, preparation, and the chance to dream bigger.
Liguiqui: Strengthening Community from the Inside Out
Liguiqui may be small, but the sense of community here is powerful. We support local families by offering educational programs, basic necessities, and mental health support tailored to their needs. Our workshops focus on building practical skills while encouraging emotional resilience and collaboration. Through trust and teamwork, we’re helping Liguiqui grow stronger, more connected, and more equipped for the future.

Manta: Building a Bilingual and Inclusive Future
In Manta, our mission is both practical and personal. We’ve launched innovative English teaching programs—some even taught through sports—to help transform the city into a bilingual hub. We also care deeply for the most vulnerable, offering therapy, shelter, and healthcare for abandoned children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Events like the “I’m a Champion” 1 KM race bring the whole community together, celebrating inclusion and human connection in a truly joyful way.
