Who We are
H.O.P.E. Foundation (Helping Others Prosper and Excel) is a grassroots, volunteer-driven nonprofit founded in 2021 and legally registered in Ecuador. Based in Manta, we transform lives through inclusive education, therapeutic healing, and empowering storytelling. Our locally rooted, globally connected programs unite communities to uplift children, adolescents, seniors, and people with disabilities. We combine language training, health services, artistic inclusion, and leadership development. More than a charity, we are a movement for dignity, opportunity, and resilience.
Mission
To empower vulnerable communities including children, adolescents, elders, and people with disabilities through inclusive education, therapy, and storytelling, ensuring every individual is seen, supported, and equipped to thrive.
Vision
A world where inclusion and dignity are universal for people of all ages and abilities. We are building a bilingual inclusive Manta and scaling this model globally so every person regardless of age, ability, or background can live with purpose and possibility.

I'm a Champion 1KM Marathon
Launched in 2024, this was Ecuador’s first fully inclusive 1KM race made up of 300 participants with disabilities. It was not a competition, but a celebration of dignity, courage, and visibility. Every runner received a medal because every story mattered. The event sparked a powerful message of unity and hope in Manta.
Now preparing for its second edition, the goal is to reach 1,000 participants and expand the impact across the country with one clear message: inclusion is not charity, it is justice.
